Course Description This course is for students who have completed Beginning or Intermediate Italian through Dante or Cabrillo and would like to continue their study using simple, contemporary text instead of a grammar book. The text contains appropriately-leveled short pieces with built-in grammar and comprehension activities. The book features a wealth of vocabulary, activities to practice grammar, written and oral comprehension. The class will continue to focus on usage and fluency. Course Materials • Italian Short Stories for Beginners - Lingo Mastery • recommended Grammar book: A Self-teaching Guide by Edoardo Lébano Course goal Students will develop vocabulary, grammar, written and oral comprehension with a particular focus on enhancing communication skills.
