From Vine 🍇 to Wine

What goes into a glass of wine?🍷  Spend an evening out on the patio at Soquel Vinyards, tasting their luscious wines, and hearing what goes into that glass. Peter Bargetto is a master winemaker and storyteller, and he’ll explain how a glass of wine is more than just bud break and brix.

Soquel Vineyards was established in 1987 when twin brothers Peter and Paul Bargetto, and their childhood friend Jon Morgan decided to develop their own label and ended up producing some of the best wines in the Santa Cruz Mountains Appellation.

The three-acre hillside vineyard (originally a part of a 52 acre parcel that was once owned by Peter and Paul’s grandfather) supplies the winery with Pinot Noir fruit, while the remainder is sourced from various vineyards from the Santa Cruz Mountains, Paso Robles and Napa Valley.

The evening includes wine tasting and light supper; picnicking not permitted.
