Cooking Class & Dinner at An Epicurious Lifestyle

You are invited to attend an Italian cooking class at An Epicurious Lifestyle, an event-based, professional kitchen and private dining space located in the heart of Seabright in Santa Cruz.

Professional chef Adrienne Megoran will instruct participants on how to prepare two risottos, one with seafood and the other with vegetables. You will also help prepare roasted Brussel sprouts and a seasonal green salad. Participants will receive recipes of what we prepare, so you can make this again for your family and friends. 

A welcome drink, light appetizers (to munch on while cooking), bread, sparking water, coffee and tea will also be provided. Once everything is made, we will all sit down at a rustic farm table to a communal meal.  After the meal we will partake of dessert prepared by our beloved Dante Board.

Space is extremely limited and this event will probably fill fast.

We also ask participants to bring a bottle of wine to share. 

Note that this is a sequel to the last in-person event Dante sponsored on March 7, 2020, before Covid closed everything down. We all had a great time, learned a lot, and are thrilled, three years later, to offer it again.
